I responded to a plea from someone on an email list I belong to for some acknowledgment of the difficulties this fellow human was experiencing with the following:

"I read the Myrlands Methods email list, and saw your link to Kevin Thompson's website [www.thompson4justice.com]. I was shocked to see the video about the criminal racketeering practices in the family court system. But I was not surprised.

"It seems apparent that this system is set up to bribe officials, professionals and bureaucrats to attack the physical, financial and mental health of the people who are supposed to be being protected - normal Americans.

"I urge you to check out the extensive resources available on the internet to educate yourself on reclaiming your sovereignty as a human being. There's a lot out there, but you can find some resources on my site:

in the resources section. I recommend particularly Rob: Menard, Winston Shrout, and John Harris, but it seems that the education process for each of us has its own wisdom and logic.

And I got back the following reply:

"Thanks Bruce. I have some friends doing that but I am more hopeful for the other friends starting a revolution, since NOTHING works. I am so tired of seeing the bad guys win. Best regards, (etc.)"


I wasn't particularly surprised or upset by this reply, but was again saddened to see how someone evidently suffering due to circumstances dealing with "the System" seems unable to respond to the situation with poise or creativity. Not surprising, but still sad.

After sitting with the feelings that were coming up for awhile, I sent them this:

"I think that nothing works because we're fast approaching a major transition. The real revolution, though, is in our awareness. As long as we're stuck on "bad guys" (deeply unconscious and ignorant, yes) and seeing ourselves as powerless, we're stuck in confrontation in our minds, in a vicious cycle. THEY want us to fear and resent them. Among other things, the system feeds on our negative emotions.

"When our inner world changes, the outer must change to reflect it. That which we truly are is already awake, just obscured by the 'noise' that the system is designed to keep loud. Possibly not much help now, but Life always supports us.
May the wind be at your back," (etc.)


Obviously, life steps in when it will, and we need to respond to situations in the most effective and informed ways that present themselves. Sovereignty (and many other types of) self-education are fully in harmony with this principle, and deciding what you're interested in learning is part of responding to our apparent life-situations. But I see clearly that a major shift is unfolding before our eyes, and trying to mentally plan what I'm going to need to know as it unfolds seems just about hopeless.

I have this very strong hunch that the key has something to do with the idea above: "No one is over you, or controls your life. When you actually see and understand that, you will be free."

As I see this, it seems that as I internalize this understanding I'm less and less liable to be reactive to the apparent attempts of "the System" to invade my sacred space, piratize my resources, frame my understanding of things, etc. And my understanding of what's essential in my dance with life seems clearer, I'm less likely to get stuck in actions arising from feeling stuck, victimized, or powerless.

Eckhart Tolle suggests that either an unprecedented human awakening is underway now, or it's probable that humanity will self-destruct in the foreseeable future. One of the things that Winston says about applying the methods of lawful freedom is that you have to know this stuff completely, from the ground up. It's not helpful, and even dangerous, to try to use other people's templates or information until you know inside and out how it works. As you learn, templates and advice can be a tremendous and vital assistance. But know your stuff.

This can be pretty daunting. At least, I know it is for me. How do I truly know my stuff?

We've just received some great reading for this. We finally received Thomas Anderson's Classified and Eyes Only from him in Australia (you can find them on his website http://www.theclassifiedfiles.com/. These books are the result of thousands of hours of research and use of these principles by him down under, the kind of information that's irreplaceable in knowing the truth of how we can wake up.

We also got Cracking the Code third Edition, represented as being by "The Authors," but actually by Victor Varjabedian (supposedly with a lot of help from Jordan Maxwell). This is a massive book, 390 pages of dense information. But though there's a lot in it, I'm not entirely confident that the info is as trustworthy as Anderson's or Shrout's. Varjabedian announced that he was working on an updated 4th edition, but then seems to have run afoul of Federal "authorities" over what they called a scam of issuing International Drivers' Licenses, which resulted in the closing of Vic's (and Jordan's, I believe) marketing website. So, onward.

In the last year or so, I've been replying to their deceptive campaign of trying to get me to accept their offers to owe them various large sums of FRN's (Federal Reserve Notes, or what passes for them in computerized debit entries), with seriously composed letters addressing their various violations of Federal statutes (the U.S. Code and Code of Federal Regulations) and of their own procedures in the IRS Manual, which even seem to have been given force of law through Federal (private) Court rulings. Of course, in Legal Land, nothing is what it seems. I have yet to receive one reply, or even an acknowledgment of anything I've written to them.

In the last letter I sent I took the first swipe at addressing a key issue in the web of deceit they seem to think binds us to our debt-slavery. This is the Artificial Corporate Person, or Strawman; what looks like my name, but spelled in ALL CAPITAL letters, as it appears on their letters to me, the forms and "notices" they send, and all of the key documents around which my financial life seems to be organized.

The latest stage in their little drama is this. First, they said they've found my factually correct and duly sworn returns, including IRS forms 4852 correcting mistaken w-2's issued by the company I worked for, to be "frivolous" without saying why or what "positions" I took in my filings made them so. Now, as, apparently my sworn testimony is wrong in their eyes, they have "figured" my tax and penalties for the two years they've found my filings "frivolous" for, and are offering to let me "consent" to their "assessment and collection." This is specifically forbidden in the tax code and IRS Manual, but what the heck.

Now I wanted to make a reply that's more informed as far as the law and the ways in which I'm bound to their system. To these ends, I looked at, among other things, a PDF document "Signature Without Liability Primer" by Michael H. Keehn, from his website on sovereignty issues http://mhkeehn.tripod.com. This covers primarily using the phrase "authorized agent" with your signature to avoid being joined to your artificial person/commercial instrument.

I also studied a 56-page PDF doc named "What Does Accepted for Value Mean?" - which goes in depth into the phrase and its use and importance in commercial law ("commerce"). I looked at a lot of info at http://www.loveforlife.com.au/, a wonderful site run by Arthur and Fiona Cristian, Freemen in Australia. Then, after a bunch more Google and Ixquick searches my head was really spinning.

Originally I had intended to accept the offers from IRS for value separately, and include with them a conditional acceptance of IRS claims based on their answering some questions and making proofs-of-claims they were making in trying to treat me as a "taxpayer" in their bills of exchange. But, mainly because I've asked IRS many questions in my replies and never had any responses, I decided to keep this reply as focused as possible, and based only on commercial law, which some of my research suggests does not function when confused by bringing in other subject matter (arguments, or citings from statutory acts the UCC, etc.).

Actually learning this stuff seems like it will take some months, at a minimum, both because it requires thinking in new ways about it, and because finding sources that both know and understand it AND can explain it clearly, seems difficult.

Toward the end, I note that I used my SSN# as the "Exemption Identification Number" beneath the signature, and that this should perhaps be the number for my treasury account number, which I have yet to establish. I guess we learn as we go...

  15. You have been lulled and tricked into thinking that statutes are laws when they are only so if you are a government employee.

  16. If you have lawful excuse you can disobey any court order or government
    created statute.

  17. A claim of right is a lawful excuse and empowers you to disobey any statute, act or by law and to disobey any court, administrative tribunal or government issued orders.

  18. You can claim the right to exist without others governing you. This will not affect any previously existing human rights.

  19. No peace officer can force you to have a legal name and if you do not they can't legally deal with you.

  20. You have the right to refuse intercourse with a peace officer who has not observed you breach the peace.

  21. an arrest without your consent is an assault.

  22. You have a common law right to travel on the highways in an unregistered automobile and to do so without first seeking the permission of another.

  23. a driver is one who engages in commerce on the public highways.

  24. An automobile is only a motor vehicle because the owners registered it.

  25. Government agents cannot remove or provide services to an unregistered baby.

  26. A notary public can be used to convene a proper court of law and be used to bring legal action against the existing courts, police and government actors.

  27. Police officers play two roles. One is a peace officer, the other a policy enforcement officer.

  28. They are just people playing roles. People PLAYING a ROLE. They have no special powers if you are not in their theatre.

  29. Revoke consent and you step out of their theatre.

Russ and the people at Paradigm offered in depth information on various processes in reclaiming Sovereignty and preservation of property, life and liberty from their website, http://naturalperson.com/. That is, they did up until sometime in January 2009, when Paradigm decided to deactivate the links to their educational programs (their web content is still there), and Russ put up a message that's still viewable on their frontpage, which starts out:

"Due to the recent release of a Federal Court ruling containing an apparently clear and unequivocal answer to a similar question I've been asking for nearly seven years, and the search for an answer has been one of many fundamental reasons for this passion-driven undertaking as Paradigm, I, Russell Anthony Porisky, in the capacity of natural person, feel morally compelled at this time, in the off chance the judge's answer and analysis is actually judicially sound, to temporarily cease to carry on business as Paradigm Education Group as of January 30th, 2009, and perhaps until such time the Federal Court's answer to the question can be reviewed and overturned by a higher court..."

Hmmm. I had been quite impressed with Porisky's clear explanations of how no legislation (Acts of the Canadian Parliament) can abridge the 1960 Canadian Bill of Rights, due to a foundational rule of law represented by the maxim "Actus legis nemini facit injuriam," or, "No act of law can harm a man." It gets a bit complex, but because of this, the provisions of the Income Tax Act could only be attached to an "artificial person" related to the Social Insurance Number (equivalent to U.S. Social Security Number), and not to a living human being, what Paradigm and Porisky understood as the "natural person"

However, in January this year, there was a ruling in Federal Court (some people say this was a tax court) in British Columbia, in a case called "MNR vs. Stanchfield, T-1239-08" which seems to throw their understanding of the lawful situation into question. In small part, the ruling directly states that "a natural person, acting in their own private capacity for their own private benefit, is directly included within the definition of the word 'person'" in the Income Tax Act, and that this does not violate the Canadian Bill of Rights, as "there is no evidence that this act deprives an "individual", to whom the Bill of Rights applies of his or her right to the enjoyment of property without due process of law."

Discovering this sent me on a search of over four hours trying to find out 1) What actually happened in MNR vs. Stanchfield (did Cory Stanchfield allow himself to come under an administrative jurisdiction), 2) Were Porisky and Paradigm Education Group correct in their understandings of "natural person," "artificial person," etc., 3) Was it possible to live in society without being bound to the obligations placed on our corporate identities by the system that created them? One fantastic resource for getting more information and insight about these issues is the forums on Freeman/Sovereignty websites (some links here.

And the end of all this searching led me primarily to the conclusion that I have a whole lot more to learn. It does seem to me that any use of the term "person" may be dangerous. Person comes from the Greek "Persona" which referred to the masks in theater, "that from which the sound issues." This seems to imply that a "person" is already abstracted in some way from the living beings that we are. In the Freeman movement, there seems to be a practice of referring to ourselves simply as women or men, sometimes associated with "a living spirit" or such. Understanding the radical essence of our equality with all humanity seems to be part of the key to asserting our freedom effectively. It may be that, in order to enable ourselves to keep from being connected to the obligations attached to our corporate namesakes, we will need to fully realize our true natures.

I started hearing rumors and anecdotes about the "Strawman," adhesion contracts, admiralty jurisdiction, etc. back in the 70's, but they generally seemed to be coming from people I perceived as being extreme right-wingers. I studied their information somewhat, subscribing to "The Spotlight" and other newsletters, but much of what I read struck me as a little unhinged...

About 3 years ago, I read an article somewhere about someone named Mary Croft, who had this book "How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man," describing how she freed herself from "the system," debt, etc. I downloaded a free PDF copy of her book, and read parts of it, but it was too far off from my experience and understanding to really absorb the information or act on it. My areas of inquiry were mainly spiritual truth, deep history, and the function of Ego in human organizations. I ended up working at a local level here in Santa Cruz, California, which lead to me starting to see more commonalities between people who are struggling to maintain the quality of their lives, regardless of their identifications with particular political viewpoints.

Another major issue that gradually escalated in my life was enforcement activity by the IRS, as I had gradually become aware of the fraudulent nature of the "income" tax in the united States of America. So that when I found information about how to file lawful tax returns that were in concurrence with my absence of liability for this Constitutionally limited tax, there was no question but that I'd do this. Unfortunately, my experience has been that this non-governmental agency seems to be in a position where they now have to suppress the truth about this unlawful system, even if it means becoming progressively more criminal.

Then, a couple of months ago, a video from a guy named John Harris over in England called "It's an Illusion," a speech John gave at the "Lawful Rebellion" Conference in Stoke-on-Trent in January this year. In this speech, John spoke in a clear but impassioned way about how what he called the "Law Society," has, over a few hundred years, used deceptive language to craft what is now the almost universal impression that the common people are ruled by laws that only the Law Society can create and adjudicate. As I'd already seen, through my study of U.S. tax law, that language is used as a weapon to trick people into surrendering control of their lives to the enforcement system, I now began to see that this project for dominance of the population was much wider ranging and more concerted, and involved the literal creation of a social system that people now call "The Matrix."

Suddenly, I started running into articles and video done by dedicated people who have been working, some for many years, to free themselves from this Matrix, and to educate others on how it could be done. It involves both understanding exactly what the situation is and how each of us is linked to it, and understanding who and what we truly are and how we need to stand upon that understanding. In the end, it seems to be something that is lived, rather than some kind of intellectual accomplishment.

So, I've now started my "journey of 1000 miles" with the first baby steps. With that in mind, we're looking to organize a group of people in Santa Cruz dedicated to support each other in learning about our Sovereignty and applying the principles to free ourselves from the duplicitous network of control we've fallen under. Another goal of our website and forum is to provide informational resources for people living in the fifty united States to educate and free themselves. Eventually, we hope to provide direction to an efficient course of study so that Americans can embody and apply these truths effectively. We welcome all who share these aspirations.

The linked article from "the saker" at the "The Vineyard of the Saker" blog contains clear and comprehensive coverage of the transformation of seminal French Comedian Dieudonné M'bala M'bala, who was thrust, basically by accident, into a public confrontation with the Zionist interest groups in France. After their censure and attacks on his livelihood and reputation, Dieudonné at last seized on the concept of becoming a politician in order to be able to get his message put forward to the French. Finally, he fell into the creation of what is now a political party known as the "Anti-Zionist Movement," which is gathering enthusiastic candidates from all over Europe, from across the spectrum of political philosophies and thought, who all agree that there's something wrong with the state of affairs with monolithic mainstream support of the policies of the Israeli state, no matter how cruel, violent, illegal or unethical.
